Transcript Request

To obtain an official electronic transcript there are two options available. Official electronic transcript requests have $3.25 fee for each official transcript requested.

Please Note: Electronic transcripts are not available for Work Force Development and Community Education students. These students should complete the Paper Transcript Request Form.

1. Taken a course in the last two years?

If you have taken a course in the last two years, you can complete a request using your Delaware Tech username and password through the Transcript Request system. Payment can be made at the end of the process by a credit or debit card.

2. NOT taken a course in the last two years?

If you have NOT taken a course in the last two years, you can complete a request through the Transcript Request system by creating a new account. Payment can be made at the end of the process by a credit or debit card.

Paper Transcript Request Form
To request a paper copy of your transcript to be mailed to you or a third party, please complete this transcript request form (PDF) and fax, email, or bring it in to one of the Campus Registrar’s Offices.

Processing Times

  1. If you order an electronic transcript, the process time is 30 minutes if there are no holds on your account.
  2. If you order a paper transcript via electronic request to be mailed, the processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

Unofficial Transcript Request
